Dr. McDowell is board certified, which is an achievement accomplished by only 20-25% of all orthodontists. This shows his commitment to the constant pursuit of excellence. Dr. McDowell was raised in St. Petersburg and has enjoyed practicing in Pinellas county since 1987. He has an older son who attends USF Orlando, as well as three daughters with his beautiful wife Katie.
